Welcome to Canterbury I Condominium Association. The Association consists of a group of volunteers, all are unit owners. The Association is responsible for overseeing condominium operations, enforcing the rules and regulations, and ensuring condominium business runs smoothly. Recently the Association developed this website to improve communication and transparency. Aiming for a better system for efficient communication, receiving complaints and enforcing rules, the Association strives to be more efficient by modernizing its administration of previously mentioned items and more. The Association is currently dealing with several complaints from residents about vehicle parking and outdoor cats. They are also dealing with maintenance and repair issues, which are costly and time-consuming. The Association is working hard to keep up with the demands of the building and continues to work to manage the building more effectively.
They are also working with contractors to develop maintenance / replacement schedules to keep the building in good condition without breaking the bank. Improving landscaping and common areas is also a priority. Making the building a more attractive place to live is paramount to the Association. And in the end, the Association’s efforts to create a thriving sense of community at Canterbury I Condo will continue to make it a great place to call home. |
